Intracorp NW, LLC and Cone Architecture are partnering on a project near the SE corner of 20th Ave SW and SW Barton Street. This new development includes two parcels and will provide six 3-story rowhouses, six 3-story townhomes, surface parking and green spaces. Planning has just begun and construction could start as early as Fall 2023.
